Overview

Lifeway is seeking the Part-time Marketing Coordinator. This role  provides coordination, operational, and administrative support to the Bibles Marketing team. This execution-focused role supports workflows, assets, data pulls, invoicing, and reporting support—equipping marketing projects to move forward smoothly while protecting strategist focus time.

 

Schedule is approximately twenty (20) hours per week. Availability during regular business hours (CST), required

 

Role is immediately available upon successful completion of interview, offer, and background check processes.

This is a remote part-time position in the contiguous 48 United States#LI-Remote    #LI-PT

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • Available to work twenty (20) hours per week during regular business hours (CST)
  • Maintain Workfront projects through task review, tagging, cleanup, and deadline follow-up.
  • Coordinate and organize digital and physical marketing assets, including Sales requests and influencer shipments.
  • Support copy movement and formatting (Word → PowerPoint) during prelaunch and reporting phases.
  • Pull campaign data and tracking codes using established templates and tools (no analysis required).
  • Support QBR preparation through slide updates, formatting, and version control.
  • Process invoices and assist with budget tracking through accurate documentation.
  • Conduct light audits (landing pages, social listening) to flag issues for strategists.
  • Maintain shared trackers, templates, and team resources.
  • Minimal to no travel, occasionally overnight

 

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree, required
Master’s degree, preferred
Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc), not required

 

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required

  • 1+ years of experience in a Marketing oriented role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfort managing multiple workflows and deadlines
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets, and Word
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with strategists and specialists

Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church

 

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, preferred

  • Experience with marketing workflows or project management tools (e.g., Workfront)
  • Familiarity with marketing assets, reporting, or analytics environments
